Refund policy

At Invi Creation, all our products are made to order with careful attention to quality and detail. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the case of a damaged or defective product received during transit.

Customers are requested to report such issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos and order details for verification.

Upon approval, an appropriate resolution will be provided, such as a replacement or refund, subject to availability.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
